Tree 21 Limited is a tree survey and consultancy company, founded in 2012 by Mike Wood L4 Dip Arb. Mike has over 29 years’ experience in the industry, with the first 10 years as a Tree Surgeon and 19 + years as a surveyor and consultant.

Tree Safety, Risk & Condition

We offer tree survey and report services to help Duty Holders and Landowners meet their Duty of Care under the Occupiers Liability Acts 1957 & 1984 and the Health & safety at Work etc. Act 1974. Providing robust and dependable tree surveys  & reports, policies and strategies to help manage trees which have the potential to cause harm to staff, site visitors and others or damage staff, third party or client owned property (targets), such  buildings, cars, equipment, infrastructure, landscape etc. We are happy to discuss a scope and advise on services to meet your brief.

Statutory Constraints Advice

We provide appraisals, advice, reports, applications and and agent services for works to trees covered by Tree Preservation Orders. We can also submit the relevant notice for works to trees within Conservation Areas on your behalf.
